Job Title:** Teaching Assistant / Nursery Nurse

**Location:** Swanley Borough

**Job Type:** Full-Time / Part-Time (Flexible options available)

**Salary:** Competitive - dependent on experience

**About Us**

We are a warm, welcoming, and nurturing Early Years setting based in Swanley Borough, dedicated to providing a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children aged 0-5 years. Our team is passionate about supporting every child's development through play-based learning and positive relationships.

**The Role**

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant or Nursery Nurse to join our friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young children and wants to make a real difference in their early development.

Experience in an Early Years setting is preferred but not essential - we welcome applications from individuals who are eager to learn and develop within the role. Full support and guidance will be provided.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Supporting children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

* Assisting with planning and delivering engaging activities

* Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment

* Supporting children's personal, social, and emotional development

* Working effectively as part of a team

* Building positive relationships with parents and carers

**The Ideal Candidate Will:**

* Be caring, patient, and enthusiastic

* Have a genuine passion for working with young children

* Be reliable and a good team player

* Have good communication skills

* Hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification (desirable but not essential)
