This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate who is considering a career in teaching, educational psychology, social work, or youth mentoring and wants to gain valuable hands-on experience supporting students with additional learning needs.

As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you'll work closely with class teachers and the SEN team to provide tailored support that helps pupils reach their full potential-both academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

Support positive behaviour and engagement in the classroom

Help pupils understand and follow lesson instructions

Provide 1:1 or small group support within lessons or the Learning Support department

Monitor and record pupil progress and developmentThis role offers an exceptional training ground for graduates who are passionate about working with children and looking to take the next step towards a career in education or xjnqpsq related fields.

Start Date: September

Salary: £92.59 - £95 per day
