Description
This Blackpool Academy is looking for a dedicated and responsible Lettings & Facilities Supervisor to be the linchpin of our community hub. This is an exciting opportunity to ensure our academy facilities are safe, secure, and welcoming for all after–school activities, clubs, and weekend hirers.
You'll be the front–line ambassador, responsible for everything from opening and closing procedures and site security to managing bookings and ensuring a consistently excellent user experience. Your commitment to health and safety will be paramount in maintaining a secure environment for children, young people, and adults.
Key responsibilities include:
Day–to–day supervision of academy facilities for external use.
Being the go–to person for all letting and booking queries.
Implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols.
Overseeing facility cleanliness and equipment setup.
Collaborating with the Facilities Manager and academy teams.
