Or are you already an Electrical Trainer, Tutor or Lecturer looking for a role focused on delivering technical short courses?

I m recruiting for a training provider looking for an Electrical Instructor to join their team, delivering practical and classroom–based training to apprentices and existing engineers.

The Role

You ll deliver a range of electrical short courses, including:

18th Edition / BS 7671 Inspection & Testing / 2391 Basic Electrical Maintenance PAT Testing Safe Isolation Health & Safety Other electrical and engineering short courses depending on your experience The role will involve working across a small number of the provider s training sites within the region.

If you ve got strong electrical experience but no teaching qualification, the company will fully fund and support you through your teaching qualification, with your salary increasing once qualified.

Working Hours & Package: GBP39,000 starting salary Rising to GBP41,000 once teaching qualified Teaching qualification fully funded Monday to Friday 8:00am 4:30pm 27 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays Company bonus scheme No shifts, nights or weekends Ongoing training and development Requirements:

Strong hands–on electrical industry experience Level 3 electrical qualification or equivalent Good knowledge of electrical installation and/or maintenance Experience with areas such as 18th Edition, inspection & testing, safe isolation or electrical maintenance Confidence communicating your knowledge to others This is a cracking opportunity if you enjoy the technical side of electrical work and like helping others develop, but fancy swapping the tools, call–outs and site work for a Monday Friday training career.
