Contract: Full-time, Academic Year | Hours: 8:15am - 4:00pm

Tradewind Recruitment are working with a high-performing 3-form entry primary school in Ealing, easily accessible via the Central and Elizabeth lines, who are seeking a passionate and proactive Early Years Practitioner to join their team ASAP, for the full academic year.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the early stages of children's education while becoming part of a supportive and inclusive school community. The school is a Catholic School, so the ideal candidate would be comfortable teaching RE.

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:

Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework

Provide a nurturing, safe and stimulating environment

Work closely with teachers and colleagues to plan engaging activities

Encourage independence, social skills, and curiosity in young learners

Communicate effectively with children, staff, and parents

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

Has proven experience within EYFS (nursery or reception)

Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification (preferred)

Brings a proactive, positive and caring attitude

Is enthusiastic about supporting children at the very start of their learning journey
