Are you a creative, forward–thinking, inclusive, caring, and ambitious Early Years Manager with the drive and commitment to raise achievement?

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Early Years Manager who can work within a team of dedicated and hard–working staff.

We are looking for:

A minimum qualification of NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Previous management experience in an Early Years setting Lead and manage staff on a day–to–day basis Develop and implement long–term, medium–term, and sessional curriculum plans that align with the EYFS requirements Ensure the safety and welfare of children within the setting, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures Build positive relationships with parents and carers Strive for excellence in care and education Oversee and maintain financial budgets for the setting, ensuring that all paperwork is completed accurately
