What You’ll Be Doing

*

Deliver high-quality careers guidance to students across Key Stages 3–5, including one-to-one advice and group sessions.

*

Support students in exploring post-16 pathways, apprenticeships, further education, and employment opportunities.

*

Develop and maintain relationships with local employers, colleges, and training providers to expand student opportunities.

*

Assist students in preparing CVs, applications, and interview skills.

*

Contribute to the school’s careers programme, tracking progress and reporting on outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

*

Proven experience in careers guidance, education, or youth work, preferably in schools or similar settings.

*

Knowledge of post-16 options, apprenticeships, and employment pathways.

*

Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.

*

Ability to inspire, motivate, and support students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.

*

Flexible and proactive approach to work, able to adapt to student and school needs.

*

Enhanced DBS check with registration to the Update Service.

*

Right to work in the UK.
