Behaviour Support Coach

Blackpool | £109 per day | Term Time Only | 8:30am - 3:30pm

We are looking for a confident and empathetic Behaviour Support Coach to work across schools in the Blackpool area, supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This role is well suited to individuals who are confident managing challenging behaviour, setting clear boundaries, and building positive, professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide 1:1 and small group behavioural support for pupils with SEMH needs

* Act as a consistent and positive role model

* Support pupils to develop emotional regulation and appropriate coping strategies

* Manage and de-escalate challenging situations using a calm and structured approach

* Implement behaviour support strategies and interventions

* Support pupils to re-engage with learning and follow school routines

* Work closely with teaching staff, SENCOs, and pastoral teams

Role Details

* Monday to Friday

* 8:30am - 3:30pm

* Term time only

* £109 per day

* Experience working in environments where behaviour management and communication are key

* Resilient, composed, and able to think on your feet
