Job Title: Behaviour Mentor

Location: Gloucestershire

Job Type: Full-Time Long Term (5 days a week), Day to Day Supply

Pay Rate: £95 - £115 per day

Job Overview:

Supply Staff Ltd is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor for secondary schools across Gloucestershire. This role is ideal for a Behaviour Mentor who is passionate about supporting students to improve their behaviour, build confidence and succeed academically. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with students facing behavioural challenges, helping them develop positive attitudes and strategies to thrive in school.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support students in managing their behaviour and making positive choices.

* Develop and deliver personalised behaviour support plans.

* Work with teachers to monitor student progress, behaviour and attendance.

* Liaise with parents and carers to build positive communication and support.

* Participate in school meetings and contribute to behaviour management strategies.

Requirements:

* Experience working as a Behaviour Mentor or in a similar role is preferred.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

* Ability to build trusting relationships with young people.

* Patience, resilience and a positive attitude.

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.

* Must meet standard UK school safeguarding requirements.
