Elite London music school looking for a full time career Piano teacher.

We can offer 28-34 hours a week and this position will be at our Harrow Studios (HA2)

Candidate requirements:

1) able to work 5 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday)

2) be less then one hours travel time to get to our studios.

3) is passionate about teaching piano and making it their career.

4) able to commit to the school for a minimum one academic year.

Below are the key details of the role:

Schedule:

Full Time 5 days a week. (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday)

Hourly Rate: £20.00

Additional Earning Opportunities:

Option to conduct extra lessons during holidays for additional income. During the Easter and Summer holidays, if you wish, you may continue working and arrange your own schedule, providing the opportunity for additional income.
We do not have half terms at our School, which means you will enjoy a consistent income throughout the year.

We are looking for a teacher who wants to make teaching a lifelong career and a long-term commitment to our music school and will be based locally.

We require the following:

A) Teach the following subjects on a one-to-one lesson basis.

B) Piano up to grade 8, Trinity Classical, ABRSM classical

C) Music Theory up to Grade 5

D) Able to prepare students for the following grades:

1) ABRSM

2) TRINITY

E) Take part in and help with our school performances and shows

F) A valid DBS certificate (Disclosure of Barring Service)

G) Can show proof of right to work in the UK (National Insurance Number)

H) Has Public Liability Insurance (if successful, the school can show you how to apply for this, and it is usually £68- £110 a year)
