Hours of Work: part time, 0.5 FTE, Permanent

Salary: Salary ranging from £12,175 to £14,075, (full-time equivalent of £24,350 to £28,150) depending on experience.

As an Admissions Officer, you will be responsible for processing student applications, verifying qualifications, issuing offers, and providing excellent support to applicants throughout the admission process. You will work closely with recruitment teams and external partners to ensure a seamless experience for all prospective students, maintaining high standards of compliance and data integrity.

Admissions Officer Requirements:

Experience working in Admissions or a relevant administrative environment, ideally within Higher Education.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data-handling.

Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Strong IT literacy, including CRM or student record systems.

Customer-focused attitude and ability to work effectively in a diverse, international environment.Desirable:

Experience in international HE admissions (e.g., understanding of UKVI, qualification equivalencies).

Experience in a partnership or pathway college setting.
