• Job Title: Support Worker/Buddy

• Pay: £17.00 gross per hour (weekdays) and £18.00 gross per hour (weekends)

• Location: Tal-Y-Bont, LL43, Wales • Hours and Days of Work: Full-time, 37 hours per week; varying shifts between 8.00 am–9.00 pm, weekdays and weekends

• Essential Experience: Physical disability support or strong interest, personal care, animal-friendly

• Driver Required: Yes – automatic wheelchair-accessible vehicle, rural journeys

• Family Pets: Dogs, horses, alpacas and ponies

• Accommodation / Facilities: Fully adapted home with hoists and lift

Claire, 27, enjoys shopping, swimming, Disney films, jigsaws and spending time with family and animals. She has cerebral palsy and needs support to live an active, independent life at home and in the community. This rewarding role suits a positive, reliable Support Worker who enjoys building genuine relationships, is confident driving, and is happy providing personal care. Experience supporting adults with physical disabilities is welcomed, although enthusiasm and willingness to learn are equally valued. Flexibility for weekdays, weekends, and occasional family holidays is essential.
