Hours per week: Day shifts 07.00 -19.00 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Cover for holiday and sickness would be helpful. Night shifts 19.00 -07.00 Waking Night on Tuesday

Hourly pay rate: £17.00

I am a 75 year old man, who lives with my wife and two adult children, and our family cat. I have Myotonic dystrophy, have had a leg amputated, am diabetic, use a catheter, and am hoisted. I do go out to attend hospital appointments, and use a wheelchair at those times, but most of my time is spent in bed.

I have a mobility car that I would like you to be able to drive me to my medical appointments.

I am looking for a team of kind, loyal and empathic PAs to join my team. Duties will include, helping manage my catheter and using the hoist, training for both tasks will be given. Personal care, food preparation, supporting me with my medication, washing and ironing.

I am also looking for bank staff, who can support me in covering staff holidays and sickness.

The location is fairly rural, with limited public transport links, so a car owner would be preferable.

Duties include:

Medication prompting/administering
Personal grooming
Eating and drinking assistance
Moving and handling
Clinical tasks
Other relevant duties as required
Housekeeping
Shopping
Cooking
Transportation
Companionship
Looking after pets
Dressing / undressing
Bathroom assistance

Candidate qualities:

Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties
Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills
