You’ll assist with all aspects of daily living—supporting him with personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting, and mealtimes—with dignity and respect. You’ll also administer medication, follow his tailored care plan, and keep daily records to ensure the highest quality of care is maintained.
As part of a friendly 2:1 care team, you’ll use mobility aids and hoists to assist with safe transfers, and help create positive, engaging experiences by planning activities, outings, and using sensory tools that encourage interaction and enjoyment. You’ll also support him with physiotherapy exercises and contribute to a comfortable home environment through tasks like meal prep, laundry, and light tidying.
If you’re someone who enjoys meaningful work, values teamwork, and brings patience and empathy to everything you do, we’d love to hear from you.
