# Live-In Personal Assistant / Carer Required – Ringwood, Dorset

I am a wheelchair user with cerebral palsy looking for a live-in personal assistant/carer to support me with day-to-day life, social activities, festivals, and DJ gigs.

This role would suit someone relaxed, adaptable, and comfortable with a flexible lifestyle, including late nights and occasional travel.

## About Me

I am a DJ known as DJ Nose It and I DJ using my nose on an iPad. I enjoy music events, festivals, gaming, nights out, and spending time with friends. I like having my own space and I’m not a fan of constant small talk, so I’m looking for someone who understands that balance and can be around me without always needing conversation.

## Duties Include

- Personal care

- Meal preparation

- Household tasks and cleaning

- Driving my accessible van to gigs, festivals, appointments, and social activities

- Supporting me at music events and weekends away

- Helping me maintain independence and enjoy life

## The Role

This is a live-in position. The rota is flexible and likely to be between 2–4 weeks at a time, depending on my care needs and circumstances.

There will be downtime during the day, but flexibility is important as some days and evenings can be busy, especially around gigs and festivals.

- Able to respect my space and independence

- Full UK driving licence preferred

- DBS check required

- Moving and handling training preferred (or willingness to complete training)

## Accommodation & Pay

Accommodation and food provided while on shift.

Pay to be discussed depending on experience.
