A young lady is seeking a friendly, reliable, and self-employed Personal Assistant to provide support as a PA, buddy, or companion.

Role includes:

- Support with shopping and everyday tasks

- Help with preparing meals

- Accompaniment to the gym and encouragement with fitness

- Support with swimming sessions

- Social activities such as bowling and other outings

This is a great opportunity for someone who is positive, active, and enjoys supporting others to live independently while staying socially engaged.

Hours:

Approximately 7 hours per week (flexible, to be agreed)

- Reliable and trustworthy

- Enjoys fitness and social activities

- Able to provide encouragement and companionship

Candidate qualities:

- Respectful of the employer's privacy and confidentiality

- Reliable with good timekeeping

- Able to both follow instructions and work on own initiative

- Hygienic, tidy and well organised

- Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties

- Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills

- Honest and cheerful

- Creative

- Able to speak and read English to a reasonable standard

- Able to always work to high standards of health & safety

- The customer would prefer someone who shares similar interests

Additional requirements

Non-smoker preferred or someone willing to refrain from smoking during working hours
