Responsibilities

Assist customers with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
Support in maintaining independence and dignity.
Follow care plans accurately to ensure personalised care.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Drive between client locations safely and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of care provided.
Promote a positive and respectful environment for clients.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
Valid driving licence and use of own car.
Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills.
Ability to follow care plans meticulously.
Good command of English language.
Previous experience in home care or similar environment is preferred.
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
Basic IT skills for documentation purposes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
