We are looking for a reliable and friendly Personal Assistant to provide support across two weekly visits (Monday and Friday), totalling 6 hours per week (3 hours each day).

Duties include:

Monday (3 hours)

Weekly shopping trip to Tesco or Waitrose in Hailsham
Assistance carrying shopping indoors and putting items away
Help with light household chores if time allows
Gentle check of medication boxes
Collect medication from Alfriston pharmacy if required


Friday (3 hours

Vacuuming
Laundry
Changing bedding
Cleaning (toilets, fridge, microwave)
Gentle check of medication box
Checking cat food supplies
Trip to a local shop or visit to a local café for social interactions
