Description
3 packs of 12 'planks' of unused LVT flooring.
Each plank measures 304 x 914 x 2 mm.
This equates to 3.34 square metres per pack, and so approximately 10 square metres in total.
They are fitted 'dry back'.
The photographs are my own of an actual plank; the first two photos are taken outdoors in sunlight, the rest indoors so you may judge the subtle change in tones in the different lights.
One of the packages has been opened, the others remain sealed. None of the planks have been used in any way.
They currently retail at £87 per pack from T Flooring & Co.
They come a smoke-free home.
These may be collected in person in West Kilbride most any day after 12 noon and you will need transport as they are a considerable weight.
