Instinctive Self-Defence Training – Build Confidence, Capability & Control
I offer practical, confidence-boosting self-defence training designed for real life—not competitions, belts, or years of practice.
Classes run weekly at Heathcote School in Chingford, and I also provide private 1-to-1 sessions, small group training at my studio, or sessions at your home or local park for maximum convenience.
You’ll learn a simplified, instinctive system of self-defence drawn from boxing, karate, ju-jitsu, aikido, Muay Thai and more. The focus is on what works under pressure—easy-to-learn movements that embed into muscle memory and can be recalled when it really matters.
What makes this approach different is the hybrid learning system. Each face-to-face session is supported by short online videos that mirror exactly what you learned in class. These allow you to review, practice, and accelerate your progress from home, helping skills lock in faster and stay with you for life.
With 43 years of martial arts and self-defence experience, including 7 years training in Japan, and a background as a qualified teacher, you’ll benefit from a structured, fast-tracked approach that builds:
Physical capability
Tactical awareness
Calm decision-making under pressure
Confidence and personal presence
This training isn’t about fear—it’s about empowerment. Most people notice a clear shift in how they move, think, and carry themselves within just a few sessions.
Your first lesson is free, and if after four sessions you don’t feel a noticeable improvement in your physical ability, tactical awareness, and mindset, you can have your money back—no questions asked.
If you’re ready to develop the warrior mindset and skills you already have within you, I’d love to help you unlock them.
