Our client BAE Systems, a prominent name in the Defence & Security sector, is seeking a Product Development Engineer to join their team on a contract basis. This role, based in Glascoed, offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment contributing to the advancement of sophisticated defence systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and engineering new products in line with client requirementsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product specifications are metUtilising a range of engineering principles to design and improve productsConducting product testing and validation to ensure performance and safety standardsPreparing detailed technical documentation and reportsProviding engineering support throughout the product lifecycleAdhering to industry standards and regulatory requirementsEnsuring continuous improvement and innovation in product development processes

Job Requirements:
