Salary: Up to 38,280

Location: Bristol

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

Job Type: Full–Time, Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Rental Service Supervisor to join a busy and growing business in Bristol.

This role is ideal for someone with a mechanical or electrical background who enjoys coordinating engineers, solving technical issues and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage breakdowns and technical service enquiries.

Coordinate and schedule Field Service Engineers.

Diagnose faults remotely where possible.

Plan preventative maintenance and emergency call–outs.

Liaise with the Parts Department to ensure jobs are completed efficiently.

Monitor service performance and maintain accurate records.

Support the Service Manager with the day–to–day running of the department.

Participate in the on–call rota following training.

What We're Looking For

Mechanical or Electrical background.

Experience in Service Coordination or Technical Supervision.

Knowledge of generators or similar equipment.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Strong IT skills and a customer–focused approach.

A forklift licence and experience within the power generation industry would be an advantage.
