Description

Position: Personal Assistant to the Group Executive Director of Human Resources

Contract Type: Temporary, Full Time (35 hours per week)

Pay: 18.50– 22.50 per hour + Holiday Pay + Benefits

Location: East London & Southwest Essex (Multi–Sited)

Are you an experienced Personal Assistant/ Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast–paced, professional environment? Adecco Romford & London East are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to provide dedicated support to a senior HR executive within a large, multi–site organisation.

This is a varied and rewarding role where you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of a busy executive office, supporting strategic priorities, managing complex schedules, coordinating high–level meetings, and handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a complex and ever–changing diary, meetings, and appointmentsActing as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersCoordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking actionsSupporting confidential HR activities, including employee relations matters and organisational change projectsProducing high–quality reports, presentations, and correspondenceCoordinating travel, events, and logistical arrangementsSupporting governance, record management, and administrative processes To be successful, you will have:

Significant experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role supporting senior leadersProven ability to manage complex workloads, competing priorities, and confidential informationExceptional organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skillsStrong experience preparing professional reports, presentations, and executive documentationExcellent knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint

Please note: This is a multi–site role covering locations across East London and Southwest Essex. Flexibility to travel between sites is required
