Remote (UK) Full-Time

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Product Data Specialist to join their growing team and help improve product data standards across the building materials industry.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong Excel and data management skills who enjoys working collaboratively with customers to improve data quality, consistency, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain customer product data within the platform

Support customers through onboarding and data improvement processes

Review datasets, identify gaps, and provide data quality insights

Produce data completeness and quality reports

Resolve data-related support tickets within agreed SLAs

Apply data governance standards and support continuous improvement initiatives

Skills & Experience

Experience in product data, PIM, or data governance environments desirable

Strong Microsoft Excel skills (lookups/formulas essential)

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

Strong communication and customer-facing abilities

Knowledge of GS1, ETIM, or product data standards beneficial
