Supporting the Senior Leadership Team within a fast-paced, international environment, this role requires a highly organised, professional and discreet individual.

The Role

Reporting to the Senior Leadership Team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across a broad range of responsibilities, working closely with internal and external stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones.

Key responsibilities include:

Full diary and calendar management for the Senior Leadership Team across multiple time zones using OutlookCoordinating and organising internal and external meetings and eventsArranging travel including flights, accommodation and transportManaging senior leadership expensesProviding ad-hoc administrative support, including preparing presentations and taking meeting minutesAbout You
