Maternity Cover Registered Manager

Tailored Transitions Ltd are looking for a Registered Manager to join us to cover Maternity leave in our New Milton (Oakside). Oakside is a short distance from the main town and train station and located in the heart of the New Forest. This is a perfect stepping stone for those looking to integrate back into care. You will be in-charge of overseeing up to 5 individuals with complex medical needs and physical disabilities, alongside supporting a staff team of 20. The job role will include:

* Ensuring the service falls in line with CQC regulations and monitoring, while maintaining its outstanding status.

* Supervisions, Auditing, attending outpatient appointments, liaising with parents, team meetings, meetings with medical professionals, medication administration, competency sign offs.

* Being on the floor as required, on call, arranging trips and activities to suit the individual’s needs and personalities

You will be supported by the managing directors throughout your time in the role. Requirements:

* 42 hours per week

* Shift work required to cover where needed. xjnqpsq

* Applicants must have a background in learning disabilities

* Full UK driving license

Pay: From £38,000.00 per year
