Operations Support CoordinatorLocation: Beccles, NorfolkHours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pmSalary: DOE Hales Group are currently seeking an Operations Support Coordinator to assist with the smooth running of daily activities for our client in Beccles. This position suits someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys a blend of administrative tasks, logistical coordination, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative supportHandle customer enquiries via phone and email with professionalismProcess hire documentation and maintain accurate recordsCoordinate service schedules, breakdown responses, and maintenance updatesCommunicate with suppliers to source missing paperwork or partsOrder components and arrange servicing for machinery and equipmentMonitor job progress and follow up on outstanding tasksMaintain organised digital and physical filing systemsAssist with delivery and collection scheduling in collaboration with the operations teamSupport adherence to health and safety procedures on-site Skills & Experience Strong administrative and organisational abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsComfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced settingProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience in plant hire, construction admin, or equipment rental (preferred but not essential)Reliable, proactive, and capable of taking initiativeTeam-oriented with a practical problem-solving mindset Why work through Hales Group?All our Consultants are committed and qualified in what they do and have been operating in Lowestoft for many years.
