We're looking for a capable Till & Customer Service Manager to lead our front of house team at our large Preston Garden Centre.
As part of a leading Garden Centre Group, this role offers genuine scope for development and progression within a successful, growing business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a large front of house team to deliver exceptional customer serviceEnsure smooth day-to-day operations and effective team coordinationOversee cash handling, financial reporting, and back-office proceduresRecruit, train, and develop team members to achieve high performance and engagementWork closely with senior management to support wider business goals and customer experience standards Ideal Qualities
