Operations AdministratorUp to GBP27,000Gravesend, KentFull time, Permanent, Monday - Friday 40 hours a week Do you have experience working as a project administrator?Do you have experience working within engineering?Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider.We are currently recruiting for a Operations Administratorto join their team.The main purpose of this Operations Administrator role is to support the growing team delivering electric vehicle (EV) charging projects and general electrical projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating activities, managing documentation, and supporting project delivery in a fast-paced technical environment.In return, our client is offering a salary of up to GBP27,000 P/A, depending on experience.Company benefits also include:

Annual leave plus bank holidays This role is full time and permanent. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 40 hours a week.Reporting to the line manager your responsibilities will include: Provide administrative support to operations and project teamsAssist with scheduling works, site visits, and engineer allocationsManage project documentation and digital filing systemsUpdate and maintain project and client records across internal systemsLiaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors The ideal candidate: Previous experience in an administrative or operations support roleExperience within construction, electrical, or engineering sectorsStrong organisational and time-management skillsHigh attention to detail and a proactive approachAbility to work effectively in a busy, project-driven environment For more information on our Operations Administrator role, please contact Amy in the Attega Group offices today!
