Office Manager

Cantello Tayler Recruitment is recruiting a Office Manager on behalf of a growing business in Englefield Green. This hands-on role oversees stock control, administration, finance processes and logistics, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business. Office based, Full Time - Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm.

Office Manager Key Responsibilities

Manage stock levels across multiple locationsOversee day-to-day administration and support the admin teamProcess orders, invoices, purchase orders and paymentsUse CRM, inventory and finance systems (e.g. Zoho, Xero)Coordinate deliveries, shipping and import/export documentationLiaise with suppliers, warehouses and internal teamsSupport marketing activity and HR administration as requiredOffice Manager Required Skills & Experience

Experience in operations, administration or office managementStrong stock control and finance administration knowledgeConfident systems user (CRM, inventory, accounting software)Highly organised, proactive and able to multitaskStrong communication and team coordination skills
