Description

We are looking for a confident and organised recoveries and litigation coordinator to join a fast-paced credit and recoveries team. This role will involve managing outsourced activity, supporting actions, and working closely with solicitors, agencies, and internal stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

This is a varied position suited to someone with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience managing complex workloads.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate cases with external solicitorsEnsure all relevant information and documentation is provided to support recovery and strategiesLiaise with internal departments and third parties to gather evidence and progress cases efficientlyReview and support preparation of legal documentation, witness statements, and disclosuresMonitor case timelines, court dates, and solicitor performanceSupport settlement processes and ensure internal procedures are followedMake informed decisions on litigation routes based on commercial and recovery considerationsMaintain accurate records and reporting across systems and billing platformsBuild strong working relationships with solicitors, debt collection agencies, and key stakeholdersProduce regular updates and reporting for senior managementIdentify process improvements and support wider credit team activities where required

About You

Previous experience within litigation, recoveries, credit control, or debt management would be desirableStrong organisational and case management skillsComfortable working with external solicitors and third-party agenciesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAble to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlinesStrong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information professionallyConfident using internal systems and maintaining accurate recordsThis role is based fully onsite for an initial period of 6 months
