CEO Executive Assistant Your new company
A public sector organisation in Central Manchester.
Your new roleExecutive Assistant to CEO.Permanent.38k to 42k. Regular Travel to Birmingham and London.
This is a standalone executive assistant role which reports to a very busy CEO. You will be required to provide first-rate executive support to the CEO. Key duties of the role are complex and extensive diary management, organising meetings and travel arrangements and taking notes and minutes / follow-up actions for the senior leadership team.
This is a C-suite level role with an extremely fast-paced organisation. You must be able to use your initiative, problem solve and have excellent communication skills to liaise with a wide range of senior stakeholders.
You will be required to support in the preparation of meetings and assist in the management of projects such as events with the wider organisation. This dynamic and demanding role will involve considerable flexibility. The ability to work independently with minimum supervision is essential.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced EA/ PA/ Senior Administrator. This is a very varied administrative role therefore you will be required to be both flexible and adaptable.The working hours are 37.5 per week Monday to Friday and they do have a hybrid policy.
