Working on a variety of projects across warehouse racking systems, storage solutions, and mezzanine flooring installations, you'll play a key role in supporting projects from concept through to completion while developing your project management expertise.

The Role

As a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or Project Administrator with Auto CAD experience, you will provide essential support to the project delivery team, ensuring projects are organised, documented, and executed efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting Project Managers with project planning, coordination, and administrationManaging project documentation, contracts, drawings, and correspondenceAssisting with project schedules, budgets, and reportingProducing, modifying, and reviewing technical drawings using CAD softwareWorking closely with engineers, designers, contractors, and clientsCoordinating communication between all project stakeholdersMaintaining accurate project records and databasesAssisting with project presentations and progress updates

What We're Looking For

Experience using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD softwarePrevious experience in a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, Assistant Project Manager, CAD Technician, or similar roleStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectivelyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA proactive attitude and willingness to learnExperience within construction, engineering, fit-out, storage solutions, or related industries would be advantageousA full UK driving licence to attend client sites Vehicle can be provided
