Identify patterns of absence and lateness, bringing concerns to the attention of the appropriate staff.

Support the school in implementing attendance procedures and improving overall attendance rates.

Assist with preparing attendance reports, letters and documentation for meetings.

Is proactive in following up absences and resolving attendance queries.

Can work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a busy school environment.

Understands the importance of confidentiality, safeguarding and accurate record-keeping.

A supportive and welcoming team environment.

Opportunities to develop your administrative skills and knowledge of school attendance systems.
