Preparing commercial and technical quotations for replacement pumps and spare parts for agents and direct customersNegotiating scope, pricing, discounts, payment terms and Incoterms independentlyFollowing up quotations proactively to increase the hit rate, spotting opportunities to add parts and field serviceProviding front line technical support to customers, agents and suppliersReviewing contracts and orders against quotations, making sure the supply chain is clear on certification, packaging and non-standard termsProcessing quotes and orders in SAP and Jeeves, and supplying pricing and market data for monthly reporting As an Aftersales Coordinator, your experience will include:
