Administrator (Part-Time)

Location: Perth, Scotland

Hours: 24 hours per week over 3 days (flexible for the right person)

Starting Salary: £12.50 per hour (reviewed after probation)

If you’re looking for more than just a job – somewhere you can be part of a supportive, close-knit team that treats you like family – this could be exactly what you’ve been searching for.

Our client is a well-established property business with multiple offices across Scotland. In their Perth branch, you’ll find a small, friendly team who work closely together, celebrate each other’s successes, and support one another when things get busy.

With decades of combined experience in the property market, they pride themselves on helping tenants, buyers, and landlords find their perfect home, and making sure they’re looked after every step of the way. From cosy city flats to high-end luxury homes, the service is always professional, personal, and built on genuine care.

Our client is looking for a Property Management Administrator who will become an important part of this “work family” – someone who enjoys helping people, takes pride in doing a job well, and is happy to get stuck in wherever needed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Being the welcoming face (and voice) at the front desk.Drafting and managing rental agreements.Ensuring compliance with rental property regulations.Coordinating tradespeople to resolve property issues.Organising and attending property viewings.

What They’re Looking For:

Solid IT skills (experience with property management software is a bonus).Clear, confident communication skills – written and spoken.Quick thinking and great customer service instincts.Ability to work independently while being a great team player.Full UK driving licence (preferred).

Why You’ll Love It There:

Be part of a small, supportive team where you’ll be valued and appreciated.Flexible working over 3 days – with a schedule tailored for the right person.A varied role where no two days are the same. The satisfaction of helping people find homes and solving problems for them.

If you’re proactive, professional, and want to work somewhere you’ll be valued as a person (not just a payroll number), our client would love to hear from you.

Apply now through their dedicated recruitment portal. You’ll be asked to complete two short assessments, about 15 minutes in total.
