Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator & Call Answerer to join our team. This role is a blend of administrative support and customer service, where you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and answering calls to provide assistance to clients or customers. The ideal candidate will be organized, able to multitask effectively, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering Calls: Professionally answer incoming calls, providing timely and accurate information. Direct calls to the appropriate departments or individuals. Handle inquiries, schedule appointments, and resolve minor issues over the phone. Administrative Support: Manage and organize files, both digital and physical. Assist with scheduling, data entry, and general office duties. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence. Maintain and update databases and contact information. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service through phone interactions, addressing client concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Process customer requests or escalate issues to relevant departments when needed. Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)

You will be based in a estate agency 3 days a week, weekdays only from 10:30am to 3:30pm
