The Trainee Sales Manager Role:

You ll start by gaining a strong foundation in customer engagement, product knowledge, and campaign delivery. As you develop, you ll move into a leadership role where you ll coach others, help manage performance, and support campaign strategy.

You ll receive structured, hands–on training across:

Sales and client communication Public speaking and presentation Team leadership and coaching Campaign planning and performance tracking Business development and professional conduct Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in face–to–face campaigns across Leeds Learn and apply sales strategies to meet individual and team targets Deliver outstanding customer service and build long–term rapport Work toward weekly performance goals and KPIs Attend regular leadership workshops and coaching sessions Begin mentoring and supporting new team members Progress into management with people and campaign responsibilities What We Offer
