What will you be doing?

* Sourcing top-level talent and managing the full recruitment process

* Building your own client portfolio through warm and cold outreach

* Establishing yourself as a subject-matter expert in your field

* Using LinkedIn to build a personal brand and network

* Close deals and earn commission from day one!

* Uncapped Commission: OTE £35k+ in Year 1, £60k+ in Year 2, £100k+ in Year 3

Location:

Bristol, BS1 2LZ (must live within a commutable distance from the office)

Interview Process:

* 1st stage: Telephone call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team

* 2nd stage: Teams call

* 3rd stage: Face to Face interview in the Bristol office - this will likely be a 1-1 interview with the hiring manager or a dynamic Assessment Centre day with the hiring team!
