An established and growing insurance provider is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join their expanding team in Worcester. This role is ideal for someone at the early stages of their career who is eager to break into sales, build confidence, and progress within a supportive and reputable business.

What you’ll be doing:

Speaking with new and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions

Spotting opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and maximise value for both the customer and the business

Building rapport and strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and retention

Working towards achievable sales and service targets as part of a high-performing team

Providing a friendly, professional, and customer-centred experience at all timesWho we’re looking for:

Some experience in customer service, retail, telesales, or any customer-facing role

A confident communicator with a positive, enthusiastic approach

Ambitious and eager to grow within a sales environment

Salary up to £25,500 (depending on experience)

Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours, plus 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (9am–12pm)

Full training provided – no previous insurance experience required
