What's the job?

You'll be the backbone of a busy horticultural wholesale business, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

This isn't just a typical office role. You'll sit right at the centre of the operation, supporting the sales team, managing orders, coordinating deliveries, and making sure customers get what they need, when they need it.

If you've worked in a horticultural distributor, garden centre, nursery, or trade/merchant environment, you'll know exactly how important that is.

What will you be doing?

Managing the day-to-day running of the officeSupporting regional sales managers with orders and customer requirementsProcessing orders and ensuring accuracy across the systemTracking deliveries and liaising with drivers/transportActing as the link between sales, accounts, and operationsHandling supplier queries and stock-related issuesSupporting accounts with invoicing and general admin

What do you need?

Experience in a horticultural, garden retail, or trade/wholesale environmentBackground in roles such as:Internal SalesSales SupportOffice/Operations CoordinatorBranch/Depot AdministrationStrong organisational skills and attention to detailComfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentConfident communicator - you'll be dealing with sales teams, drivers, suppliers, and customers daily
