We are looking for a motivated, confident, and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive / Student Recruiter to help grow our student recruitment network, increase brand awareness, and generate quality student leads across the UK.

Key ResponsibilitiesPromote the company's education and recruitment servicesFind and recruit prospective students for UK universities and collegesSupport UK students with enrolment onto degree coursesGenerate student and business leads through online and offline marketingCarry out leaflet distribution and promotional activities in different cities across the UKAttend education fairs, events, meetings, and marketing activities as required by the companyManage and grow company social media platformsCreate engaging marketing content, videos, and advertisementsRun Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google advertising campaignsCommunicate with prospective students and provide guidance regarding admissionsBuild relationships with students and education partnersAssist students throughout the admission and enrolment processMonitor marketing performance and analyticsRequirementsMinimum 1 year experience in sales, marketing, recruitment, or student recruitmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsMust have good spoken and written EnglishKnowledge of social media marketing and digital advertisingBasic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Canva preferredAbility to work independently and meet targetsExperience within education, recruitment, or sales industry preferredFull UK work rightsFull UK driving licence preferredMust be flexible and willing to travel and work according to company requirements where necessaryDegree qualification preferred but not essentialWhat We OfferFlexible full-time and part-time opportunitiesCareer progression opportunitiesPerformance-based bonuses and incentivesSupportive and growing business environmentOpportunity to work on exciting education and recruitment projectsSponsorship may be available for suitable candidates subject to eligibility and company requirements
