Job Title: Sales Team Leader

Your Role:
As a Sales Team Leader, you'll:
Coach and train your team to excel and hit key performance indicators (KPIs)Train and develop the team in navigating customers through the sales process and converting enquiries into sales and reservations (inbound calls and email enquiries).Be responsible for the professional development and management of your team; focusing on sales training, coaching advisors on quality, personal development and monthly 121's and performance management.Ensure customers are given the best customer experience and customer journey, starting from the initial enquiry stage, all the way to the end of their contracts - with the aim of driving repeat custom.

Proven sales leadership experience (3+ years), ideally within a call centre/telesales environment (this role involves dealing with inbound calls and emails). Strong coaching, communication, and organisational skills.Analytical mind set to interpret data and drive decision making.Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
