GMP Recruitment are proud to be partnered and supporting our client in the Tewkesbury area with their recruitment. We are currently recruiting for a Field Sales Executive to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and confident individual to join a well-established organisation, working within the community to promote and expand local doorstep delivery services. You will be responsible for direct customer engagement, driving brand awareness, and generating new business in a field-based capacity.

37.5 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday, 11:00 – 19:00 (including travel time) with a salary of up to £30,000 per annum, with an unlimited commission potential

Field Sales Executive main duties:

* Promote doorstep delivery services directly to potential customers through community-based canvassing.

* Represent the brand and values with professionalism and enthusiasm, acting as a company ambassador at all times.

* Confidently engage with new people, explain product offerings, and handle objections with a positive and informed approach.

* Capture and relay new customer details to the internal processing team accurately and efficiently.

* Work towards weekly targets with the potential for unlimited commission earnings.

* Travel to and from designated locations using a company pool vehicle.

Field Sales Executive desired skills and experience:

* Previous sales or canvassing experience is advantageous.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

* Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive, can-do attitude.

* Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

* Full, clean UK driving licence is essential.

* Successful applicants must be able to pass a DBS check (company-supported).
