Maidstone
£27,500-£30,000 - OTE year 1 £30-£35k
Monday to Friday - No weekends!

Our client based in Maidstone is looking to recruit a driven, positive and motivated Business Development Executive to their team.
You will be someone who wants to maximise your earnings, someone who loves to close deals and engage with customers through outbound sales. You will be joining a company who promotes internal progression, positive team culture but also rewards hard work and success.
Day to day of the Business Development Executive:
Engage with lapsed customers via phone to promote other events they might be interested in.
Build good relationships with customers to understand their likes for upcoming events they might be interested in.
Using your negotiation skills, you will be upselling and cross selling packages to maximise sales.
Updating the database with suitable notes.Requirements for the Business Development Executive:
Confident and outgoing nature.
A natural with the phone to sell.
Someone who wants to be in control of their earnings.
Resilient nature.
