Job Title: Sales Development Executive

Location: Welwyn Garden City

Salary: £28,000 basic + OTE £40,000

Hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 5pm, early finish on a Friday

Contract: Permanent

Are you an ambitious sales professional looking for the opportunity to earn over £40,000?

This role will focus on generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, booking appointments, visiting prospect clients and identifying potential growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Making outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce services and identify business opportunities

* Proactively building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients

* Identifying potential opportunities for new business and account growth

* Booking qualified appointments and visiting clients

* Working towards weekly and monthly appointment and revenue targets

* Maintaining accurate records of activity and opportunities within internal systems

About You

* Previous experience within Sales, Telesales, Sales Development or Lead Generation

* Confident communicator with a professional and persuasive telephone manner

* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills

* A positive, proactive attitude with a genuine drive to succeed

* Passionate about building a long-term career within sales
