We're looking for an experienced and highly motivated Account Manager to join our client at an exciting stage of growth.
Working within a small, dynamic team, you'll take ownership of an existing client base while also developing new business opportunities most of which come from inbound enquiries. This is a role where strong relationships, commercial thinking, and great customer experience truly make the difference.
The Role
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing customer relationships, responding to inbound enquiries, and driving revenue growth in line with company objectives.
You'll play a key role in ensuring customers receive an outstanding experience while maximising commercial opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound enquiries in a timely manner, providing accurate quotations and effective follow-up in line with the sales processesManage and grow your own portfolio of customer accounts, building strong long-term relationshipsProactively develop relationships with new prospective customers and identify new business opportunitiesDeliver excellent customer experience at every stage of the sales processNegotiate profitable sales while protecting and growing margins in line with business objectivesAchieve monthly revenue and activity targetsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records using the company CRM systemWork collaboratively within a small, fast-paced sales teamAbout You
Strong customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent serviceHighly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectivelyResilient, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environmentStrong commercial awareness with the ability to spot and act on opportunitiesConfident communicator, able to hold commercial conversations with business owners and decision makersStrong negotiation skills and ability to influence outcomesDriven, energetic, and solution-focused approach to problem solvingCompetent in IT, including MS Office and CRM systems (experience with Prospect is beneficial but not essential)Benefits
