Media Sales Executive
Location: Norwich, NR3
Salary: GBP25k with OTE of GBP40k
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Mon Thurs: 8:30am 5:00pm Fri: 8:30am 3:00pm

This is a sales role focused on generating and closing cold leads. You ll make around 100 calls per day to new prospects, initiating conversations and building interest from scratch. We provide the tools, training, and support you bring the energy, determination, and results–driven mindset to turn cold contacts into loyal customers.
What You ll Be Doing:
• Reaching out to senior business executives via phone, LinkedIn, and email
• Closing leads and converting prospects into long–term clients
• Booking and conducting follow–up calls to accelerate deals
• Building and nurturing professional relationships across multiple industries
• Working towards individual and team targets with the opportunity for uncapped commissions
• Managing and growing a pipeline of 20+ new clients each month
What You ll Need:
• Experience in telephone–based sales is a plus but not essential
• Comfortable handling high call volumes (100+ calls/day)
• Strong interpersonal skills and confident communication style
• Goal–driven mindset with a proactive approach to achieving targets
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise in a fast–paced environment
• Willingness to learn, grow, and actively contribute to a collaborative team culture
