Role: Marketing Communications Partner (Contract)Location: Burgess Hill (Hybrid - minimum 2 days onsite)Hours: Full-timePay: GBP35 - GBP40 per hour UMB/LTD OR GBP26.43 - GBP30.21 PAYE (excluding holiday pay)Contract: Until 31/12/2026 (Outside IR35)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Communications Partner to join one of our longstanding clients, an innovative organisation within the healthcare and diagnostics sector, based in Burgess Hill.

This is a contract opportunity suited to a senior-level candidate (circa 4-5 years' experience) who can confidently take ownership of end-to-end marketing campaigns within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

The Requirements:

Approx. 4-5 years' experience in marketing communications or a similar roleProven experience managing end-to-end marketing campaignsStrong understanding of multi-channel marketing (digital, social, email, content)Experience analysing campaign performance and using data to optimise activityExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating across a matrix organisationExperience within healthcare, diagnostics, or regulated environments (desirable)Marketing or business qualification (desirable)

The Role:

Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channelsDevelop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectivesManage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure effective executionCreate and oversee engaging content across digital and promotional platformsEnsure consistent brand messaging across all communicationsAnalyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams including commercial, product, and corporate communicationsManage relationships with external agencies and partnersIdentify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement across marketing activityEnsure compliance with governance, regulatory, and brand guidelines
