Basic Salary: 25,000On–Target Earnings (OTE): Typical range 40,000 – 70,000+ with uncapped commissionKey Responsibilities

Handle inbound (warm/pre–qualified) leads via phone, email, and/or live chatAssess customer needs, advise on suitable car finance options, and guide them through to deal completionMatch applications with appropriate lenders from a panel and manage the finance process end–to–endUse CRM or sales pipeline systems to track progress and manage follow–upsCollaborate internally (e.g., with dealer teams) to ensure smooth deal completion and compliance with processesHit performance metricsRequired Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in telesales, car sales, finance brokering, or similar customer sales role.Strong sales, closing, and objection–handling abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency with IT systems, including CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.Highly organised, resilient under pressure, and target–driven attitudeFamiliarity with finance regulations, lender criteria, and compliance (e.g., FCA) is a plusDesirable Traits
